Julie oversees all project management at Fluid. She ensures on-time, on-budget delivery of our online solutions.

Julie also owns and drives Fluid's development methodology. Resource forecasting and project staffing are her responsibility. She puts the processes in place to meet and exceed all of our clients' needs.

Pre-Fluid, Julie managed both project implementation and strategy for Lonely Planet's international online store, and she also established PowerBar's first ecommerce effort. Julie also spent years managing the development of web-based applications in accounting and groupware. And early in her career, she gained strong agency experience as an account manager at Goodby Berlin and Partners and Lord Dentsu.

Outside of Fluid, Julie can be found windsurfing at Crissy Field, surfing Ocean Beach, or paddling the bay. She's an avid water-girl. Julie holds a BA in Communications and Organizational Behavior from Stanford University, and an MBA from Kellogg.
