Project Manager (SF)

Fluid is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage online interactive design and development projects from inception to completion. This person will be responsible for day-to-day client interaction, manage cross-functional teams, develop and manage schedules and budgets for the projects, and generally oversee and take responsibility for on-time, on-budget delivery of all projects within multiple accounts.

We're looking for someone who is an innovator and an implementer. As a Project Manager at Fluid, you'll work closely with clients to solve tough business problems, and you'll drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Work with Clients, Fluid Sales, Account Managers, and Delivery teams to effectively translate business needs into successful end products.
• Plan, organize and manage multiple interactive application design and development projects from concept to completion.
• Create and manage project plans and budgets; execute effectively to on-time and on-budget completion.
• Lead cross-functional teams in collaboration, innovation and execution.
• Manage and take responsibility for overall project P&L.
• Manage revenue reports, budget forecasts, resourcing needs regularly
• Provide clear and frequent communication on project status and risks to management, clients, and teams.

Skills and Experience

• Experience interfacing with clients - consulting or interactive agency experience preferred
• 2 to 3 years experience managing interactive development projects
• Experience in ecommerce and online retail site development
• Team-building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, extreme thoroughness, and the ability to easily multi-task

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience using Microsoft Project
• Experience working on ecommerce related projects
• Experience supervising QA testing
• General interest in what's new in interactive, social media, and web tools
